Vietfora is operated by Vietfora Vietnam L.L.C., a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. We specialise in online Vietnam e-visa application services, primarily for travellers from Taiwan and the Asia-Pacific region.
We are an independent third-party company with no affiliation, authorisation or endorsement from the Government of Vietnam, the Vietnam Immigration Department or any official body.
What we do
The official Vietnam e-visa process is unforgiving for first-time applicants: photo specifications, passport data formats and language requirements are easy to get wrong, and mistakes usually mean a rejection and a second government fee. Vietfora reduces that risk with passport scanning, automated checks and human review, then submits through the official process.
We cannot change the government's decision and we do not offer expedited processing. What we sell is getting it right the first time.
Our commitments
Transparent pricing: the government fee and our service fee are shown separately from the pricing page through to checkout.
Honest disclosure: we clearly state that we are not an official site, show the standard official processing time and explain our refund rules. We make no promises we cannot keep.
Data security: passport and personal data are used only for your application, encrypted in transit and at rest, and deleted after the retention period.
