1. Nature of the service
Vietfora Vietnam L.L.C. ("Vietfora", "we") prepares, checks and submits Vietnam e-visa applications on your behalf. We are an independent third party, not a government agency, with no affiliation or authorisation from the Vietnam Immigration Department.
You may apply on the official Vietnam e-visa website yourself and pay only the government fee. By using our service you confirm that you understand and accept this.
2. Fees
Fees consist of two parts: the government fee (collected by the Government of Vietnam and passed through at cost) and the service fee (Vietfora's fee). Both are itemised on the pricing page and at checkout.
The government fee depends on nationality and visa type and may change with Vietnamese policy. The amount shown at checkout applies.
3. What we do not provide
We do not offer or sell expedited or priority processing. The official e-visa has no fast lane.
We do not guarantee approval. Approval and processing time are decided solely by the Vietnam Immigration Department.
We do not provide visa-on-arrival approval letters, invitation letters, sponsorship or airport fast-track services.
4. Your responsibilities
You must provide true, accurate and complete information and a valid passport. Rejections, delays or denied entry caused by inaccurate information or passport issues are your responsibility.
An issued e-visa does not guarantee entry. Admission is decided by Vietnamese border officers.
5. Refund policy
Government fee: never refundable. It is paid to the Government of Vietnam at submission and cannot be recovered regardless of the outcome.
Cancellation before submission: the service fee is refunded in full.
Rejection after submission caused by Vietfora's error (for example a mistake we made in the form): the service fee is refunded in full, or we re-apply once for free, at your choice.
Rejection after submission caused by inaccurate, false or incomplete applicant information: the service fee is not refunded, because the preparation, checking and submission work has been completed.
Rejection cover add-on: if the rejection is not caused by the applicant, we re-apply once for free and cover the second government fee.
You must accept this refund policy before paying. Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically take 5 to 10 working days depending on the payment provider.
6. Disputes
If you have a question about a charge or our service, please contact us first at info@vietfora.com or LINE @878cnbor. We reply within 2 working days. Most issues are resolved directly, and we encourage you to contact us before raising a dispute with your card issuer.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vietfora's liability to you is limited to the service fee paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for flights, accommodation or other indirect losses arising from a visa rejection, delay or denied entry.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Nothing in these terms affects non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your place of residence.
