Vietfora prepares, checks and submits Vietnam e-visa applications on your behalf. Every application goes through the official Vietnam e-visa process. We cannot change the government's decision and we do not sell expedited processing.

Holders of passports eligible for the Vietnam e-visa, with at least 6 months of validity, travelling for tourism or business. We currently serve passport holders from Taiwan, the United States, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, the United Kingdom and Australia. Other nationalities, please contact us first.
The service fee includes
- Passport scanning with automatic data entry and human review
- Checks on photo specs, passport validity and nationality eligibility
- Submission through the official Vietnam e-visa process
- Status tracking and issuance notifications by email
- A printable copy of the issued e-visa

Not included and not offered
- Expedited or priority processing: the official e-visa has no fast lane and we do not sell any "visa in X hours" service
- Guaranteed approval: the decision belongs to the Vietnam Immigration Department
- Visa-on-arrival approval letters, invitation letters or sponsorship
- Airport transfer or fast-track services
Family and group applications
Add several applicants to one order. Each applicant pays one government fee and one service fee. Fill in the details once and track everyone together.
Processing time
Standard official processing is about 3 working days, excluding Vietnamese public holidays, and the actual time is set by the Immigration Department. We submit within 1 working day after receiving complete information and payment.
Refund policy summary
The government fee is never refundable. The service fee is fully refundable before submission. After submission, if a rejection is caused by Vietfora's error we refund the service fee in full or re-apply for free; if it is caused by inaccurate or false applicant information, the service fee is not refunded.
